— Work is for personal use only, not for commercial profit.
— Work must be credited back to me when reposting or sharing.
— I have full rights of the artwork, but not of any of the characters in the artwork.
— I have the right to post a commissioned piece on my pages; you can request to be left anonymous.
— I have the right to reject any commissions without explanation.
— Communication will be done thru email. Exception can be made but an email is required for me to approve and send an invoice.
— Once form is filled and sent, I will review and send an invoice thru email once approved.
— You may request changes during the sketch phase, and a few minor changes during the rendering phase. Major changes will not be allowed after the sketch phase.
— WIP, sketches and finished works will be sent via email as a .png.
— Payment is done through PayPal in USD in full once sketch is approved.
— Partial payment can be request and done through two instalments.
— If prices ever change while I am still working on a piece, you will not be charged the new price.
— Refunds will not be granted once work begins.
— You may request a different way for payment if PayPal is unavailable, but this is not a guarantee.
